About NeuroBehavioral Medicine Group

NeuroBehavioral Medicine Group consists of a dedicated staff of professionals who treat children, adolescents and adults with a full range of psychiatric needs.  Our office consists of three psychiatrists, a staff of therapists and a clinical research team.

Randy Dean, M.D.

Randy Dean, MD, is one of the founders and owners of NeuroBehavioral Medicine Group, an outpatient psychiatric treatment center in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. Dr. Dean has dedicated her medical career to caring for children, adults and families.  She is a humanistic child, adolescent and adult psychiatrist who evaluates and treats multiple psychiatric disorders, with particular attention to managing the psychopharmacological aspect of treatment.

Richard Jackson, M.D.

Dr. Jackson is one of the founders and owners of The Neurobehavioral Medicine Group, an outpatient psychiatric treatment center in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. Dr. Jackson has dedicated his medical career to caring for adults, adolescents, children and families.  He also treats high risk groups including those who are incarcerated and has gained recognition through his various presentations. Sanjeev Venkataraman, MD

Sanjeev Venkataraman, MD, is one of the founders and owners of NeuroBehavioral Medicine Group, an outpatient psychiatric treatment center in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. Dr. Venkataraman has dedicated his medical career to caring for children, adults and families.  He has an active interest in both in-patient and out-patient treatment.  He is a humanistic child, adolescent and adult psychiatrist who evaluates and treats multiple psychiatric disorders, with particular attention to managing the psychopharmacological aspect of treatment.

Laurie Dean-Amir, LMSW, ACSW is a Licensed Masters Social Worker and Marriage and Family Therapist, who has been a practicing clinician over the past 30 years. Laurie earned her master's degree from University of Chicago's School of Social Service Administration.

Cindi Rosner-Kelly, LMSW

 Cindi Rosner Kelly, LMSW, received her undergraduate degree from Michigan State University and her advanced degree from the University of Michigan. A seasoned psychotherapist who has been treating individuals, couples and families for well over 20 years, Ms Rosner Kelly’s warm and inviting style incorporates a variety of clinical approaches depending upon the situation at hand. Cognitive, Behavioral, Psychodynamic/Insight Oriented, Didactic, Expressive-Play, Psychoeducational Therapies are appropriately matched to the patient/s with use of Interpretation as needed.

Michael Dery

Michael Dery is the Clinical Research Coordinator at Neurobehavioral Medicine Group. He earned his bachelor of science in human biology from Lyman Briggs College at Michigan State University. Michael has been working at NBMG since September 2016.

Betsy Walbridge, MBA

Betsy Walbridge, MBA, has been the office manager at NeuroBehavioral Medicine Group for over 10 years.  She strives to keep the office working as efficiently and effectively as possible in order for the staff to deliver the best possible care.  She serves as an important liaison between patients and staff.

Dawn Roberts, MS, LLP

Dawn Roberts has been a limited licensed psychologist in the State of Michigan for over a decade.  Dawn earned both her Bachelor's and Master's degrees at Madonna University.  Her Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology has led to opportunities working with patients in multiple treatment settings including outpatient, residential and acute levels of care.  Her empathetic and non-judgmental approach in both individual and group therapies have proven to be effective with adolescents, teens, and adults. She continues clinical supervision and consultation with a Ph.D. level psychologist.
